East Coast Elite's mission is to provide all of its members, including academy learners, with the finest musical education available. Although sometimes competitive in nature, the activity primarily is a learning experience and emphasis is placed on self motivation, developing life skills including discipline, teamwork and leadership geared towards individual achievement including the fitness on each and every member. The Programme is designed to give members an opportunity to be the best that they can be.
